We offer a 7-day free trial of the service. During the trial:
At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at £19.99 per restaurant per month unless you cancel before the trial expires. We will send a reminder email before your trial ends.
After the trial period:
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after a reasonable period, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect immediately upon our receipt of your request. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period except as set out in our Refund Policy.

You acknowledge that Google's review policies prohibit incentivised reviews and fake reviews. Review Scout helps you systematically ask satisfied customers to leave honest reviews; it does not generate fake reviews or guarantee positive ratings.
To use the service effectively, you agree to provide:
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide staff names and that your staff are aware their review performance is being tracked through the service.
The Review Scout service, including all software, designs, logos, branding, content, and documentation, is owned by Review Scout Ltd and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your business while your subscription is active.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to us (logos, staff names, business information). You grant us a licence to use this content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the service you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
